The Role

We're looking for a Senior 3D Artist who creates architectural visualisations that sell projects – not just pretty pictures that sit in folders.

You'll be producing photorealistic renders for Australian clients in property development, architecture, and construction. Your work will help them secure approvals, close sales, and bring visions to life.

This isn't a role for someone still learning the basics. We need a proven professional who can jump into complex projects, deliver stunning results, and handle multiple clients without breaking a sweat.

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing high-end interior architectural visualisations for Australian property projects
• Building exterior architectural visualisation images that showcase design intent
• Creating photorealistic 3D renders that look like photographs, not CGI
• Developing compelling 3D animations and walkthroughs
• Assisting with 3D modelling for architectural projects
• Collaborating with architects, designers, and project managers to nail the brief
• Working across multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Delivering work on tight deadlines without compromising quality

The Non-Negotiables
Experience & Portfolio

• 3–5+ years of proven experience as a 3D Artist, preferably working with Australian companies or clients
• Immaculate portfolio showcasing architectural visualisation work – if your portfolio doesn't make us stop scrolling, don't apply
• Demonstrated experience in property development, architecture, or related industries
• Track record of delivering complex projects on time and to spec

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Blender for 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering – this is your primary tool
• High-level competency in architectural visualisation techniques
• Expert understanding of photorealistic rendering, materials, and lighting
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction
• Experience with animation and walkthrough creation
• Proficiency in post-production and image enhancement software (Photoshop, etc.)

Work Style

• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Detail-obsessed – you notice things others miss
• Self-directed – you don't need hand-holding to deliver excellent work
• Strong communication skills for working with Australian clients and teams

Bonus Points For

• Experience with other 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine)
• Understanding of Australian building codes and design standards
• Video editing and motion graphics skills
• Experience in real estate marketing or property presentation
• Knowledge of VR/AR visualisation

• Your portfolio is full of gaming assets or character models – we need architectural viz experience
• You can't handle feedback or revisions without getting defensive
• You think "good enough" is actually good enough
• You need perfect project briefs to produce great work
• You're still learning Blender basics
• You work slowly and can't manage deadlines

Salary: ₱32,000–40,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio quality)
