JOB SUMMARY: The Product Associate is responsible for supporting the product team in various tasks including product development, product launch, and product management. This includes conducting market research, feasibility studies, assisting in the creation of product specifications, supporting sales team by responding to product-related technical questions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and maintaining product documentation, and staying up to date with industry trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze data to identify industry trends and consumer needs for lifestyle products

  • Conduct market research and feasibility study to identify new product opportunities based on emerging trends.

  • Assist in consolidating and reaching out to brands for distributorship or partnership

  • Assist brand strategy with acquiring new brands and products

  • Help develop use cases for new products and improvements

  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to product iterations

  • Conduct product training internally and externally

  • Assist in providing technical assistance to other departments

  • Assist in creating marketing materials and handle product launches

  • Contribute to team growth through suggesting improvements and enhancements when opportunities arise.

  • Monitor demo units availability and lead product training for dealers and employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience in product-related roles specifically on consumer and market research

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering.

  • Strong interest in consumer electronics and lifestyle products.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, ppt).

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City and do field work
