Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid to Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in the custom apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digitization, vectorization, and the full creative process required to translate client concepts into high-quality, production-ready designs. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be available immediately or with a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality graphic designs for custom apparel, including collegiate, corporate, sports, and lifestyle collections.
  • Perform accurate digitization and vectorization for embroidery, screen printing, and other production methods.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing.
  • Interpret client briefs and translate ideas into visually compelling concepts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Revise and refine designs based on client and internal feedback.
  • Ensure all design files are organized, production-ready, and delivered on time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and emerging design tools.

Qualifications

  • Mid to Senior level experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in custom apparel, merchandising, or a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in digitization and vectorization (embroidery and print-ready artwork).
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and apparel design requirements.
  • Experience working with collegiate, corporate, or sportswear clients is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Must be immediately available or able to start with a short notice period.
