Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer who can generate design solutions for a broad spectrum of marketing materials e.g. packaging, point of sale (POSM), digital, and other collateral that aligns with our clients' brands and business objectives. Communication with our account management team and the client will be regular and direct, so the ideal candidate must have interpersonal skills, be client- oriented, and maintain a professional demeanour. The primary focus is on international consumer healthcare & beauty products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and creative concepts for a range of marketing materials, including print, digital, packaging, and point of sale materials.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative & creative design solutions, sometimes 'on the spot', that will meet their needs.
  • Mostly design solutions are developed in line with the brand guidelines but at times, there is a need to step outside/'push the envelope'
  • Work closely with our account management team & other designers, to ensure client objectives are met
  • Manage projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience of working in the design industry with a relevant tertiary qualification. Copywriting skills/experience is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your skills in creating visual designs for various marketing materials
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop is essential, AfterEffects & Figma is highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory
  • Digital Design knowledge is essential especially building advertising pieces.
  • Packaging & POS knowledge of the downstream production process, i.e. being comfortable working with dielines and complex folds, is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail – assessing and understanding the client brief as well as checking your own work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously i.e. good project/time management skills are expected.
  • Healthcare/Medical/Pharmaceutical experience would be beneficial (e.g., familiarity with the local Pharmaceutical Codes of Conduct)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
