About the Role:

Wingspan Staffing is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support one of our clients with their marketing, branding, and social media needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing a variety of digital assets and managing content across multiple online channels (no on-camera content required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build newsletter templates using MYP (CRM)
  • Create LinkedIn banners for company pages
  • Design and update flyers and promotional materials
  • Develop a 2026 content calendar
  • Produce video templates for marketing content
  • Write and design newsletter content
  • Create and format PowerPoint presentations
  • Create branding guidelines for the company
  • Design social media content, graphics, and campaigns
  • Handle social media management, including posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement
  • Produce various marketing materials, both digital and print
  • Perform any other graphics, content, or social-media-related tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and similar design platforms
  • Proven experience in social media content creation across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
  • Experience with social media management tools or workflows
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, campaigns, or branding strategies
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to produce professional-quality designs
