Marketing Associate

Changan Plaridel is looking for a Marketing Associate to help strengthen our brand presence through creative campaigns, engaging events, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about bringing innovative marketing ideas to life while supporting the dealership's growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and assist in executing dealership marketing events, test-drive activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Create and edit digital marketing content (posters, videos, and graphics) to support sales and brand promotions.
• Manage and update Changan Plaridel's social media pages with engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Monitor inquiries and online engagements, ensuring timely responses to potential customers.
• Support budget planning and monitor marketing expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Assist the Sales Team by providing marketing materials, promotions, and event support.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and campaign results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred).
• With at least 1 year of marketing experience (preferably in the automotive or retail industry). Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
• Skilled in digital editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cap-cut, or similar software).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience in event planning and coordination is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Creative, resourceful, and results-driven.
• Willing to work on weekends or flexible hours during events.
• Preferably residing near Plaridel, Bulacan or nearby areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
