DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Security of all access for all systems (modules), domain account, and emails

  2. Database management

  3. System backup, archiving, and maintenance

  4. Programming (System Development, Maintenance and Enhancement), covering the entire programming cycle.

  5. Encoding and registration of new employees in the biometrics

  6. Processing/generation of jobsites and office logs for payroll

  7. Computer troubleshooting and repair

  8. Systems (modules) and computer applications installation

  9. Printer setup (installation and troubleshooting)

  10. IT Inventory Management

  11. User training and assistance (systems, applications, IT equipment)

  12. Network management (LAN, Wireless)

  13. Server management and security protocol

  14. Purchasing of IT equipment and items

  15. Website management

  16. CCTV monitoring

  17. Audio and visual setup and maintenance

  18. Disposal of defective IT equipment and items

  19. IT files and documents security

  20. Other IT related and non-related concerns

  21. Office facilities monitoring

  22. Technical support for office, jobsite, and affiliates

  23. Receiving and checking of deliveries and hauling from jobsites

  24. Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of Information Technology or Computer Science

- With at least 2 years experience

- Willing to work onsite

- Can start immediately
