The Site Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and safety of workers on the construction site. The role involves administering first aid, monitoring health conditions, assisting in emergency situations, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
Education:
– Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
– Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)

Certifications:
– Basic Life Support (BLS)
– First Aid Training (Red Cross or equivalent)
– Occupational Health Nurse Training (OHNAP) – Preferred but not always required
– BOSH for Nurses – Advantageous

Experience:
– At least 1 year of experience as a nurse (experience in an industrial or construction setting is a plus)

Skills and Competencies:
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions during emergencies
– Familiarity with DOLE/DENR/DOSH health and safety regulations
– Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation skills
