Qualifications:
Education:
– Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
– Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)

Certifications:
– Basic Life Support (BLS)
– First Aid Training (Red Cross or equivalent)
– Occupational Health Nurse Training (OHNAP) – Preferred but not always required
– BOSH for Nurses – Advantageous

Experience:
– At least 1 year of experience as a nurse (experience in an industrial or construction setting is a plus)

Skills and Competencies:
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions during emergencies
– Familiarity with DOLE/DENR/DOSH health and safety regulations
– Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation skills
