About the Role

We are looking for passionate Database Developers and Senior Data Engineering Consultants skilled in SQL Database Development to design, build, and optimize enterprise-level data systems.

You'll work with a talented technical team to ensure data integrity, system performance, and database security—while contributing to projects that impact real-world business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement and maintain database security measures.
  • Develop and execute stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues efficiently.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • (Senior Level) Mentor and guide junior developers.
  • (Senior Level) Manage and enhance Azure Cloud-based data solutions.

Required Qualifications

For Database Developer (Mid-Level)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in SQL database development.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

For Senior Data Engineering Consultant (Senior-Level)

  • 8+ years of experience in SQL database development.
  • 6+ years in data analysis, 4+ years in performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of database architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud and database security implementation.
  • Proven experience mentoring developers and leading database projects.

Preferred Qualifications (Both Levels)
  • Experience with cloud-based databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
  • Certifications in SQL or Database Management.
  • Advanced skills in schema design, normalization, and performance tuning.
  • Strong documentation and project management capabilities.

  • Salary Range:

  • Mid-Level: ₱118,000–₱128,000 (Basic) + ₱3,600 Allowance

  • Senior-Level: ₱172,000–₱186,000 (Basic) + ₱3,600 Allowance
