.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the company's agent network to maximize agent performance and growth.
  • Assist agents in developing expansion plans, provide business training and support, and enhance their market development capabilities.
  • Track agent sales, analyze data, and recommend optimization plans and strategies to improve Market Share.
  • Handle agent inquiries and complaints, provide effective solutions, and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and gather market information.
  • Participate in company marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and promote agency business growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in local agent channel development, management, or sales, including established industry agent contacts.
  • Language: Proficiency in Tagalog and English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent market development and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong business negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with the local agency market, agency operations, and a strong understanding of industry trends.
  • Others:
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to travel (business trips).
  • Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in standard office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
