Cargo Sales Representative

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the airline or freight forwarding industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of airline cargo sales; background in aviation or logistics is an advantage.
Job Description:
• Develop new business opportunities by engaging freight forwarders, shippers, and logistics partners.
• Manage and expand existing client accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
• Implement sales and marketing plans to promote cargo services.
• Create and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate rates and contracts to optimize revenue and business growth.
• Monitor shipment performance and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
• Work closely with operations teams to guarantee proper cargo handling and efficient service delivery.
• Keep updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
• Provide recommendations to enhance sales approaches and operational processes.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Review market insights to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
• Coordinate with HQ pricing and support units for special requests.
