  • BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MARKETING, HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, OR RELATED FIELD.
  • PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
  • AT LEAST 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES, MARKETING, EVENT PLANNING OR HOSPITALITY.
  • EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS AND EVENTS FOR HOTELS OR RELATED INDUSTRIES.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored event solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase our event facilities and services.
  • Prepare and present detailed event proposals and cost estimates to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Carry out other related tasks requested by management as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
