JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Quickly adapt and learn the assigned process, focusing on start-up and operation of SPH.

· Provide crucial support for the QMS and EMS certifications of SPH.

· Adhere to general requirements regarding attendance, code of conduct, and company policies.

· Perform assigned processes following Work Standards (WI) and Model Standards (MS), conducting quality checks during start-up and/or model changes to meet target output.

· Promptly report and seek assistance from supervisors when abnormalities occur in production.

· Accomplish daily working time reports and submit properly filled-out production check sheets to the Supervisor.

· Conduct monthly inventory tasks.

Support and participate in companywide programs such as 6S and QMS audits.

Qualifications:

· High school graduate or with a vocational course.

· Minimum of 1 year experience in electronic manufacturing setup as a production operator.

· 20/20 vision and not color blind.

· Skills in operating and maintaining production machines, tools, and jigs.

· Adherence to Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.

· Possess good moral character.

· Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a production environment.

· Physical skills - strength and coordination.

· Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations/pressures.

· Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.

· Basic computer skills.
