Production Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains smooth workflow in the operation by overseeing the production processes.
  • Manages manpower by delegating tasks and monitoring the schedule to fulfill customer requirements and meet the targets.
  • Identifies and implements process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
  • Interprets and analyzes the production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase the production efficiency and productivity.
  • Facilitates corrective measures to all malfunction machineries and equipment and collaborates the issues with concerned department.
  • Provides direction and oversees technical training on the proper use of equipment and monitor the compliance with equipment safety handling procedures.
  • Establishes and communicates the job expectations and appraises the job performance of the production staff.
  • Maintains safety work environment by enforcing safety rules and regulations in the operation.
  • Prepare reports for the production performance and progress and present them to immediate Head.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably Engineering Course
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to be assigned at Mabalacat city, Pampanga
