About the role

As a Field Sales Representative at HH ALL VENTURES ENTERPRISES CORP.', you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium motorcycle tire products across Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will have you visiting retail outlets, building relationships with key customers, and ensuring excellent product availability and visibility. If you're an ambitious sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively visiting and engaging with motorcycle retail outlets to drive sales of our tire products
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Ensuring appropriate stock levels and premium positioning of our products in-store
  • Providing sales and product training to retail staff to enhance their knowledge and selling capabilities
  • Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights to inform our sales and marketing strategies
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Accurately recording and reporting sales activity and performance data

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • A passion for sales and a driven, target-oriented mindset
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse territory
  • Familiarity with the automotive in Metro Manila
  • A valid driver's license
