KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients by scheduling regular visits to current and prospective customers and retail partners.


• Seek and develop new sales channels through strategic planning and effective area coverage.


• Maximize sales potential by evaluating client needs and prioritizing high-value opportunities.


• Strive to meet or surpass monthly sales objectives, with a performance benchmark of at least 80%.


• Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals and support sales initiatives.


• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support operations and team efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.


• Self-motivated and resourceful, with strong skills in customer engagement and deal negotiation.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.


• Capable of building strong client relationships and adapting to various customer needs.


• Analytical mindset with keen attention to data and detail.


• Willingness to travel for field work and adjust to a flexible schedule.


• Sales-driven, confident in presenting products, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


• This is a full-time role.
