Job Description – Field Collector

The Field Collector is responsible for the timely and accurate collection of customer payments while ensuring daily targets are consistently met. The role requires independence, strong time management, basic technical troubleshooting skills, and effective communication with supervisors and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to work consistently and demonstrate reliability, especially during urgent or emergency situations.
  • Perform collection tasks with minimal supervision and efficiently manage daily schedules to meet collection goals.
  • Maintain high-quality performance even under pressure, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide basic technical support for malfunctioning kiosks and assist in their repair, deployment, and commissioning.
  • Submit clear and accurate reports on kiosk status and collection activities to the Area Collection Section Supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take responsibility for assigned duties and conduct interactions with honesty and fairness.
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Comply with eTap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Technical training or certification is an advantage.
  • Motorcycle and valid driver's license required.

Experience

  • Experience in field collections or related work is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of kiosk operations and basic troubleshooting is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
