This role ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded, budgets are strategically allocated, and forecasts are accurate to support the restaurant's long-term sustainability and growth. The position requires keen attention to detail and an approach to financial problem-solving in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
  • Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll transactions with strict accuracy.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Identify variances, irregularities, and control weaknesses, and propose corrective measures.
  • Ensure proper implementation of internal controls in handling cash, inventory, and sales reports.
  • Monitor adherence to tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
  • Assist in preparing annual and monthly budgets in coordination with operations and management..
  • Provide recommendations for cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis to support business planning.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and potential risks.
