Job Summary:

The Plant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations at the Central Production Facility, including but not limited to production, warehouse management, receiving and outgoing processes, inventory control, laboratory functions, and administrative activities. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with company standards, and continuous improvement across all areas.

The Plant Operations Manager leads, trains, and monitors staff performance, enforces company policies, and documents violations through Notices to Explain (NTEs) and incident reports when necessary. The role also drives process improvements, implements lean practices, and applies automation and digital tools to optimize workflows, maintain product quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and support smooth coordination with other departments and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

With degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) or a relevant technical discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a senior plant or operations management role within any of the manufacturing sector.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and project management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proven track record of driving manufacturing excellence and successfully leading teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.

Ensure the Central Production Facility is maintained properly and meet all Occupational Safety Health and regulatory standards.

Must have the ability to communicate at all levels and have great interpersonal skills.
