Travel Associate for Airline Account (Customer Service Associate)

This is located in Cebu IT Park. Pure ONSITE and 100% voice account.

Schedule: Mostly Night shift (US Based)

If interested, then you must be:

  • SHS graduate or 2nd Year College undergraduate with 6 months of BPO experience
  • College Graduate - No BPO Experience needed

What you'll be doing?

  • Handle calls from customer for ticket purchase, upgrades and cancellation
  • Offer solution in resolving issues depending on customer's concern
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Diploma/TOR/Certificate of Graduation (whichever is available)

  • COE / Resignation Letter approved or signed by HR and Supervisor
  • NBI Clearance
  • Medical Clearance (shouldered by company)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php24,000.00 per month
