About the role

NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.' is seeking a driven and customer-oriented Call Centre Agent to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries efficiently
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
