This role is an accelerated career launchpad. You'll quickly evolve from an assistant into a strategic marketing partner. Your work will provide unparalleled access to the inner workings of the Philippine stock market, its industries, and top executives. Initially, you will focus on execution to free up the Director, but the clear goal is for you to gain the expertise and autonomy to conceive and lead your own full-scale campaigns over time.

The Assistant Marketing Director will handle the essential execution, research, and creative production required to sustain and grow LUNA's market presence:

  • Operational Stability & Execution: Act as the primary executor for marketing initiatives when the Director is focused on client/partner engagement, ensuring work continuity and timely delivery.
  • Campaign Support: Assist the Marketing Director in the flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, social) promoting LUNA Securities' brokerage services.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct crucial market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring, with a specific focus on the Philippine stock market and public companies.
  • Digital Channel Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and community engagement for all company Social Media platforms and Email Marketing channels.
  • Marketing Asset Creation: Lead the creation and editing of essential marketing collateral, including:
  • Social Media creatives and content.
  • PowerPoint Presentations for high-level external and internal use.
  • Email templates, newsletters, and basic website updates.

Performance Reporting: Compile, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing clear and actionable reports to the Director and the Chairman.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or Finance.
  • Professional Attitude: A strong, demonstrable desire to learn and grow. We require someone who views this role as an educational investment and is committed to mastering our specific systems and the local market.

Preferred Qualifications

Design Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating compelling marketing assets is strongly preferred.

Salary: Can be negotiated depending on level of commitment.
