JOB TITLE: MARTIAL ARTS/ GYM SALES MANAGER

Work Location: Makati

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 with sales commissions/incentives

Bachelor's Degree Holder / pref.

At least 2 years in the same position, with knowledge in martial arts and fitness.

9hours a day (including 1 hr beak)/ 6 days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior sales and customer service experience is highly preferred.

Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve memberships and retail sales.

Excellent communication skills and confidence.

Positive attitude and mindset.

Problem-solving skills, empathy, and understanding.

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Passion for martial arts, fitness, and wellness.

Basic knowledge with martial arts and industry trends

Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing priorities.

Computer proficient

Flexibility in working hours and location, including weekends and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving membership sales and revenue targets. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing objectives, and ensuring high levels of member engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and selling skills, with a knowledge and passion for martial arts, fitness and helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new members and promote Round House Academy.

Achieve monthly sales quotas and club sales goals.

Implement and manage a sales process that works for the business, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.

Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.

Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating key insights to the wider team.

Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to the wider management team.

Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales to drive profitability.

Customer Service & Member Retention:

Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all members and prospects.

Maintain a high level of member engagement and foster member retention.

Perform multiple-member retention tasks such as satisfaction calls and "Lost Sheep" calls.

Ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority for member returns and referrals.

Operations & Administration:

Leads in sales process and lead generation.

Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and targeting individual needs.

Conduct effective grassroots and community marketing events and follow up on leads.

Maintain the day-to-day upkeep of the facility.

Perform daily studio cleaning and maintenance tasks as outlined per shift.

Complete agreements and other paperwork & administrative tasks.

Build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships.

Coordinate special events and fitness challenges.
