We're looking for an experienced and qualified Carpenter with strong skills in both timber and steel framing to join our construction team in Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a long-term future here, with the potential for working visa support and future sponsorship.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Reading and interpreting building plans and drawings.
  • Constructing and installing timber frames, trusses, joinery, and formwork.
  • Erecting and assembling steel frames for residential and commercial builds.
  • Carrying out first-fix and second-fix carpentry work, plus repairs and maintenance.
  • Working with tools safely and efficiently while following strict site safety standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Trade-qualified carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in timber framing and light gauge/structural steel framing.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in timber framing is required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in steel framing is required.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit, able to work at heights, and committed to quality workmanship.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
  • First Aid certificate
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card)
  • Machinery licenses (e.g., EWP)
  • Driver's license and own transport
