As a Software Developer, you will build and enhance business-critical applications, write efficient code, and ensure seamless integration across systems. The Qualifications We Seek

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Development.
• 2+ years of PHP (Laravel) development experience (junior to mid-level).
• Knowledge of one or more BPM tools: Flowable, Camunda, jBPM, Activiti.
• Familiarity with SOA, BPEL, and RESTful web services.
• Strong background in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, AJAX, JSON, Angular or , Bootstrap.
• Experience in mobile app development is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD and testing best practices.
• Knowledge of unit test frameworks and Linux platforms for deployment.
• Familiarity with modern methodologies: Agile, DevOps, Design Thinking, UX.
• Strong problem-solving, innovation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-cultural teams.
• Professional demeanor with integrity, transparency, and respect.

Your Daily Tasks

• Write and implement efficient code for company systems.
• Identify and modify existing systems, developing and testing updates.
• Collaborate with leaders and managers to set priorities and deliverables.
• Take technical responsibility for the design and implementation of components.
• Maintain programming conventions, practices, and methodologies.
• Ensure integrations and solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide accurate development estimates and communicate delays proactively.
• Manage processes in line with ISO27001 framework and industry best practices.
• Work within an agile methodology, using user stories and backlog reviews.
• Follow QA procedures and prepare applications for production deployment.
• Deliver documented systems, processes, and code aligned with SLAs.

• Developed code and processes to conform to best practices and company guidelines.
• Ensure all software, systems and processes are adequately documented.
• Take all practical steps to maintain uptime of systems within the team portfolio to comply with agreed SLAs.
