Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience as a .NET Developer.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a development team and handling multiple projects.
  • Strong expertise in C#, VB.NET, VB6, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Windows Service development (5+ years each).
  • Experience in API development (SOAP and REST) and integration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with MSSQL and knowledge of database design and SQL queries.
  • Experience in managing and resolving urgent production issues.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall methodology, and basic to intermediate Agile methodology.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the development of applications ranging from simple to high complexity, including program design, coding, and supporting facilities, according to approved business specifications, regulatory guidelines, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to provide technical design inputs and estimates during requirements documentation.
  • Prepare system design and program specifications in technical design documents.
  • Develop programs and code according to approved solution plans.
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure functionality meets design specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors or independently investigate and resolve issues identified during SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Conduct research on relevant technologies for assigned projects.
  • Contribute to innovation labs by developing new ideas and technologies to enhance the reliability, usability, and security of internal and external applications.
  • Perform all tasks in compliance with company SDLC standards.
  • Undertake other related duties as assigned.
