Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer to join our team, focusing on the development and maintenance of mission-critical, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java/Java EE and possess a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code using core Java and advanced Java features.
  • Develop technical designs for application development and ensure designs comply with specifications.

  • SDLC and Collaboration:

  • Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Analysts, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Actively participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

  • Testing and Maintenance:

  • Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues.

  • Implement and maintain automated testing platforms and unit tests (e.g., using JUnit).
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives, technologies, and new architectural approaches.
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components and maintain detailed technical documentation.
