Job Description:

  • To handle the gathering of the required documents for e-CAR application and ensure its on-time submission with respective BIR Revenue District Offices.
  • To assist in the review of Contract to Sell or Deed of Absolute Sale particularly the tax provision of the contracts.
  • To assist the in resolving any tax issues with respective government agencies in order to arrive at favorable disposition.
  • To assist with the preparation of reply letter to various tax audits.
  • To handle the preparation of company's below tax returns and ensure its on-time submission with BIR, but not limited to the following:
  • Documentary Stamp Tax
  • Expanded Withholding Tax
  • Final Withholding Tax
  • Withholding Tax on Compensation
  • Value Added Tax
  • To handle the annual business permit renewal of the company
  • To handle the payment of company's Real Property Tax (if any)
  • To handle the company's branch registration (once already operational)
  • To handle the submission of company's books of accounts with BIR
  • To handle the preparation and filing of Expats Annual Income Tax Returns
  • To assist with other projects as necessary
