About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to build their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screening.
  • Help with employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
  • Support in maintaining HR files, records, and databases.
  • Provide assistance in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related courses
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to learn and detail-oriented
