About the role

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines)' is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and provide feedback for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not mandatory
