Strategy Coordinator – Remote | Night Shift | HMO + 13th-Month Bonus

Location: Work From Home – Makati, Metro Manila, and nearby Luzon areas

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM PH

Salary: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 /month (Based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of the Strategy team, supporting creative strategy development and campaign success. Your key tasks will include:

• Researching and identifying influencers aligned with client goals
• Building engaging presentations in Google Slides with visuals and storytelling
• Generating creative ideas from U.S. and global social media trends
• Crafting case studies and wrap reports with data-driven insights
• Collaborating on edits, refining proposals, and maintaining resources
• Tracking influencer marketing developments to bring fresh insights
• Growing into account support, data analysis, and advanced proposal work

What You'll Bring

• Strong knowledge of the U.S. social media and influencer landscape
• Experience with influencer analysis, campaign operations, or marketing strategy
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Skilled in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
• Familiarity with Slack and project management tools (e.g., )
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Strong communication skills with confidence to propose ideas

Bonus Points For

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Prior agency or influencer marketing experience
• A natural eye for design and presentation aesthetics
