Job Description:

  • Create Training materials
  • Design training and course schedule
  • Organize digital and paper files as well as copying and scanning documents.
  • Organize training events by scheduling travel arrangements, making lodging arrangements, and scheduling conference and training room time for various training events.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or learning & development role,
  • Preferably within the financial services or lending industry
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire
  • diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and design impactful solutions authoring tools and video conferencing industry trends and best practices
  • Proficient in using training delivery tools and technologies such as LMS platforms,
  • A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with
