We're expanding our in-house tech team and seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Engineer who will design, build, and integrate automation solutions to help Vault lead the future of digital operations.

⸻The RoleThis is a day-shift, weekdays-only position, perfect for a professional who wants to build intelligent automation systems without late-night or weekend work. You'll work directly with Vault's leadership to:


•    Map and automate manual workflows across recruitment, operations, and client delivery.


•    Integrate AI APIs and RPA tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.


•    Develop innovative solutions that merge AI insight with BPO execution.

⸻Key Responsibilities


•    Identify and document automation opportunities within business processes.


•    Design and deploy RPA bots using UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.


•    Develop integration scripts (Python / / .NET) connecting internal and external systems.


•    Integrate AI tools & APIs (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI).


•    Prototype AI-driven applications, chatbots, data summarizers, and intelligent workflows.


•    Manage and maintain automation pipelines for accuracy and uptime.


•    Document workflows, conduct testing, and provide training to teams.

⸻Qualifications


•    3 – 6 years' experience in automation engineering, systems integration, or AI development.


•    Proficiency with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).


•    Programming expertise in Python or JavaScript.


•    Experience integrating systems using REST APIs and webhooks.


•    Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Google).


•    Analytical, process-driven mindset; excellent problem-solving skills.


•    Background in BPO, fintech, or operations environments is a plus.

•    Conversational AI / chatbot development (Dialogflow, Rasa, OpenAI).


•    OCR and document automation (ABBYY, Azure Form Recognizer).


•    Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).


•    Reporting / dashboarding (Power BI, Looker, or Python).
