We are seeking a Client Care Manager. The ideal candidate is a strategic and empathetic individual with a proven track record in providing high-level client support and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client care, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, resolving complex issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the client experience and driving continuous improvement in support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for complex inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client care strategies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Handle escalated client issues and complex inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address systemic issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, maintaining up-to-date knowledge on products, policies, and best practices.
  • Proactively analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on key client metrics and account health to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or client care role, with at least 2 years in a senior or advanced client-facing position.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and generate insights.
  • A positive and resilient attitude with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Citiside Properties is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments needing off-site management.
