JOB ROLE:

  • Liaise with local government agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals for right-of-way access
  • Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure all permitting requirements are met in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all permit applications, approvals, and related documentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the permitting process and minimize delays
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or challenges that arise during the permitting process
  • Attend inspections/surveys when necessary

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of Engineering or business courses
  • Knowledgeable in reading and drafting contracts
  • Has atleast 3 years of permitting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with drafting LOIs and request letters
  • With pleasing personality
  • With non professional/professional driver's license (preferred but not required)
