If you're an experienced online educator with strong English proficiency, EDGE Tutor invites you to join our premium team—a community of elite tutors teaching adult learners focused on career growth, business English, and international communication.

Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Rate: Php /hr

Schedule: Classes run during global business hours. Peak time blocks include:

5 AM – 2 PM (high demand)

3 PM – 6 PM

7 PM-12 AM

Applicants should be available for at least 25 hours/week (weekend availability preferred) for maximum earnings.

  • CPU: Intel Core i5 (8th Gen+) (non-u series)/ AMD Ryzen non-u series) / Apple M
    Benchmark: CPU score- 3000
  • RAM: 8GB or higher
  • Storage: 30GB free space
  • OS: Windows 10+ / macOS 10.10+
  • Internet (Main): Wired LAN, 25 Mbps+ (download & upload)
  • Internet (Backup): Wired backup / Prepaid WiFi / Pocket WiFi, 15 Mbps+
  • Webcam: External 1080p (1536x1024 or higher)
  • Headset: Noise-cancelling, USB

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (4-year course)
  • Minimum 2 years ESL/Business English teaching experience (online/offline)
  • TEFL/TESOL Certificate (120 hrs+) – or willingness to obtain during training
  • Strong spoken English proficiency (C2 level – EFSET required)
