Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching English to non-native speakers (Taiwanese) at any age (kids to young adults) in developing their language skills and achieve academic success.

Duties:

* Implement effective teaching strategies to facilitate language acquisition

* Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom activities and student engagement

* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their language learning journey by the end of each class

* Teach one-on-one and group classes for 50 minutes

* Comply with the company's policy

Qualifications:

* 3 years of experience as English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher (required)

* Patient and flexible enough to deal with young learners and adults

* Team player

* Bachelor's Degree in Education if possible

* Fluent in English language (required)

* Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or related field is a plus

* Has a back-up device and internet connection for emergency (required)

*Knows how to use Google Meet well (required)

Note: necessary certifications must be uploaded upon application

Job Type: Part-time (paid only for conducted classes)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday( 6pm to 10pm); Weekends (anytime for 5 hours)

Starting Pay: 130 php /hr (class)
