Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (any course)
- TESOL/TEFL Certificate (120 hrs+) – required
- At least 1 year ESL teaching experience (online/offline, kids preferred)
- Strong spoken English proficiency (C1–C2 level – EFSET required)
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Preschool, elementary, or secondary school teachers transitioning to online tutoring
- Tutors from kids-focused platforms (VIPKid, Magic Ears, etc.)
- Professionals with strong teaching presence, creativity, and patience with children
