QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License ( Passed Board Professional License Exam ) in Civil Engineering, Architecture , or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years work experience in Engineering-Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent.

  • With above-average communication skills ( verbal and written skills ).

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office . Primavera and MS Project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare the proposed construction schedule and calculate resource assignments, including manpower loading and tools and equipment utilization, to provide an efficient project implementation plan and support the cost proposal to the project.

  • Review the completeness of the technical proposal to verify proper and complete compilation of the requirements by the project.

  • Review all the contract documents and consider all the deliverables and project execution plan to support appropriateness and reasonableness of the master program.

  • Prepare the master program and calculate resource assignments, including manpower loading and tools and equipment utilization, to provide the most efficient schedule and allow the orderly performance and timely completion of the project.

  • Prepare the material procurement schedule, in coordination with the Procurement Team, to provide guidance on the proper timing of each step of the procurement process.
