Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end implementation process for new and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client calls and meetings to manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Coordinate internal resources and track progress across project phases.
  • Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through consistent, professional communication.
  • Escalate issues and risks proactively to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 yrs of BPO experience, particularly in client-facing or implementation roles.
  • Proven experience in implementation support or a related function.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with clients.
  • Project management experience or training is a strong advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with both client calls and internal coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
