  • Lead, coach, and supervise the back-office team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
  • Monitor daily workflows, ensuring all transactions comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and validate complex or high-value transactions, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address escalations and ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Develop team members' skills through training, feedback, and performance management.
  • Provide regular reports to management on team performance, metrics, and operational issues.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous learning.

Job Qualification

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services engagements/accounts.

  • Bachelor's Degree (Finance-related course preferred).

  • Good communication skills.

  • Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule.

  • Full commitment to 100% onsite work.

  • Flexibility to be assigned in McKinley, Taguig.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
