Salary:

  • 85,000 Max (plus 1 month basic salary joining bonus)

Work Location: McKinley, Taguig

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting wealth management, insurance, or financial services clients/accounts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a high-volume call center environment focused on customer service delivery
  • Bachelor's Degree (finance-related course preferred).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule.
  • Full commitment to 100% onsite work.
  • Flexibility to be assigned in McKinley, Taguig.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php85,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Supervisory / Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)
  • BPO: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Wealth/ Insurance/ Financial Management: 2 years (Preferred)
