We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious targets across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities / Task List
Sales Strategy & Targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Forecast and track sales performance by brand, channel, and account.
Prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and coach sales executives/agents.
- Set individual KPIs and monitor performance.
Motivate the team to achieve collective goals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new market opportunities (corporate accounts, HORECA, consignment partners, etc.).
- Conduct market research to spot trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams for campaigns and promotions.
Coordination Across Departments
Work closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure product availability.
- Align with Finance for credit terms, collections, and margin monitoring.
Provide feedback to Creative/Marketing for customer-facing materials.
Reporting & Analysis
Monitor sales by customer, by brand, and by channel.
- Evaluate ROI of promotions and discounts.
- Propose action plans for underperforming accounts or brands.
Compensation: Php 40,000.00-Php 50,000.00
