Service Crew/Restaurant Assistant

I. Customer Services:

  1. Take orders correctly, and communicate properly to the Chef/Assistant Chef;
  2. Perform the SOPs when customers come to the shop: greetings, ensuring availability of space & proper table set-up, serving mineral water & requested condiments, etc;
  3. Compute and provide billing list. Ensure payments received from customers are correct, and credited to the available payment platform (i.e. Banks and e-wallets like PayMaya/Gotyme);
  4. Serve food and beverage - proper plating, clean and on-time;
  5. Develop rapport with customers (especially frequent customers). Be able to address queries/suggestions/concerns and escalate, if needed

II. Upkeep of the Physical Store:

  1. Ensure that the store opens according to store hours, is CLEAN, tables and chairs are properly arranged, with table set-up, etc;
  2. Ensure that the counter and kitchen areas (including items like dishes, pot & pans, kitchen equipment/appliances, condiments, etc) are CLEAN and ORGANIZED

III. Managing Inventory and Other Store Materials:

  1. Perform inventory of food & beverages, ingredients, take-out boxes/cups/straws, and other raw materials;
  2. Monitor and implement proper usage of gas, electricity, water, cleaning aid, etc;

IV. Others:

  1. Buying supplies/raw materials from wet market/supermarket; suppliers
  2. Ordering supplies from suppliers
  3. Assist the Chef/Asst Chef in the kitchen
  4. Other tasks that may be assigned
