  • Inventory Management:Monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to meet production schedules.
  • Material Tracking:Tracking the movement of materials from receiving to production and through to finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Supplier Coordination:Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
  • Material Handling:Overseeing the safe and efficient handling and storage of materials within the production area.
  • Documentation:Creating and maintaining accurate records of all material transactions, including receipts, issues, and stock levels.
  • Quality Control:Ensuring that materials meet quality standards and coordinating with quality control teams for any issues.
  • Production Support:Working closely with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed and to resolve any material-related issues that may arise.
  • Reporting:Providing accurate inventory reports to management and other relevant departments.
  • Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving any material shortages, delays, or other issues that may impact production.
  • Safety Compliance:Adhering to all relevant safety procedures and regulations related to material handling and storage.
  • Process Improvement:Suggesting and implementing improvements to material handling and inventory control processes.
  • Data Entry:Accurately entering material transactions into the inventory management system.

Job Type: Full-time
