Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing project proposals and plans with management.
  • Controlling project plans by assessing design and schedule changes.
  • Leading facilities management activities and advising on technical investigations for repairs.
  • Collaborating with engineers for civil and structural repairs and coordinating bid status with the QS team.
  • Ensuring timely execution of repairs and maintenance.
  • Conducting inspections and meetings with contractors and departments.
  • Providing monitoring reports and consolidating project documentation for closure.
  • Implementing construction standards and cost efficiencies for renovations and new builds.
  • Presenting project plans to stakeholders and coordinating with internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering; Must be Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • With background in Construction Industry
  • Strong communications and organizational skills, keen to details
  • Willing to do field works/branch visits if needed
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
