JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure that all building systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and regulatory standards
  • Conduct scheduled inspections, testing, and servicing of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevator, fire alarm, generator, etc.)
  • Implement safety protocols for staff and guests in relation to facility operations
  • Perform and supervise minor repairs on infrastructure (e.g., walls, ceilings, doors, lighting, water systems)
  • Prepare reports on facility status and required upgrades or replacements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Ability to create reports, monitor parameters, and set up equipment (motors, mixers, pumps, filling machine, soap line, etc.)
  • Reading and understanding equipment manual, electrical and mechanical diagrams.
  • Preferably with experience in machine installation, basic machine and shop works
  • Must be willing to start ASAP
