About Us

A U.S.-based design firm focused on land development projects. We provide civil engineering design services for a variety of project types, including single-family homes, large subdivisions, commercial, industrial, and educational sites. We're looking to bring on a Civil Designer or Civil Engineer based in the Philippines with strong Civil 3D experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and designing site plans, grading plans, drainage plans, erosion control plans, and utility layouts
  • Producing high-quality construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Following U.S. standards and workflows with clear instructions and feedback
  • Collaborating with a U.S.-based project management team

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Civil 3D on land development projects (residential, commercial, or industrial)
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred, but strong Civil 3D experience is most important)
  • Strong understanding of grading, earthwork, and utility design
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Solid written and spoken English communication skills
  • Knowledge of hydrology/hydraulics

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working on U.S.-based projects or with the imperial system
  • Experience managing or mentoring other team members
