Now, we're looking for a passionate and driven Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our remote team. What You'll Do

• Lead the Mobile Modernization: Spearhead the migration of our two mature native mobile apps (iOS/Android) into a single, high-performance React Native codebase/
• Build Backend Services: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using our NestJS ) framework(great to have, but not requried).
• Manage Data and State: Design flexible, high-performance schemas with MongoDB and manage application state efficiently using Jotai and React Query
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate ideas into reliable, well-crafted features across our entire platform.
• Ensure Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate actively in code reviews to elevate our development practices.
• Integrate and Deploy: Seamlessly integrate third-party services and contribute to our CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.

What We're Looking For

• Senior-Level Experience: Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on the React ecosystem.
• React Native Expertise: Deep experience developing, deploying, and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps using React Native. Experience reading native code (Swift/Kotlin) is a major plus for our migration project.
• Front-End Proficiency: Strong command of , TypeScript, and component libraries like MUI.
• Backend Skills: Solid experience with (experience with NestJS is a huge plus) and a strong understanding of RESTful API design.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency with MongoDB, including schema design and performance considerations.
• State Management Mastery: Practical experience with modern state management (Jotai or Zustand) and server-state libraries (React Query).
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and comfort working with version control (Git) in a collaborative, remote environment.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AI coding tools like the Claude Code CLI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php75,607.00 per month
