The Quantity Surveying Engineer will be responsible for managing project costs, contracts, and procurement activities to ensure that renewable energy projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines engineering knowledge with cost management expertise, supporting solar, wind, and other renewable energy developments. The engineer will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective financial planning, value optimization, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for renewable energy projects.

Evaluate tenders, contracts, and bids to ensure competitive and fair pricing.

Monitor project costs, identify variations, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare progress payment certificates, claims, and final accounts.

Conduct risk and value engineering analyses to optimize resources.

Collaborate with engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to align costs with technical and operational requirements.

Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate cost records and provide regular financial reports to management.

Support project feasibility studies and financial modeling for new renewable energy projects.
